Personal Data Protection Law

Our Law Firm provides consultancy and representation services within the scope of all national legislation regarding personal data, especially the Law on Protection of Personal Data No.6698, for data owners and real or legal person data controllers. Within this framework, providing consultancy on all kinds of administrative measures to be taken in order to fulfill the obligations, evaluation of contracts and other texts in terms of KVKK and providing legal support for applications to be made by the data owners to data controllers; consultancy and information on the privacy and protection rights of personal data, legal consultancy and follow-up of the process and representation services for applications to be made to data controllers and the Personal Data Protection Board by data owners, and legal support and representation services for data violations that constitute a crime in accordance with Articles 135-140 of the Turkish Penal Code are provided.
