He was born in Trabzon in 1992. He graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2015. He started his legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association in 2015. He received his license to practice law from the Ankara Bar Association in 2016. In 2020, he completed his master’s degree at Ufuk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law, with his thesis titled “The Responsibility of the Administration and Judicial Review in the Context of Personal Data Protection.” He speaks English.
