He was born in Mersin in 1992. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2015. He started his legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association in 2015. He received his license to practice law from the Ankara Bar Association in 2016. In 2021, he completed his master’s degree at Ankara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law, with his thesis titled “The Crime of Unauthorized Access to an Information System.” He speaks English.
