He was born in Trabzon in 1973.
He graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty in 1995.
At the same Faculty he finished his Master degree of Science Department of Public Law, and subsequently completed his doctorate.
He received the title of Associate Professor in Criminal Law in 2020.
He gained his attorney licence from Ankara Bar Association in 1996.
After one year of advocacy in 1997 he began internship in the law judge-prosecutor's office.
In 1999-2000 he resigned after serving as a prosecutor in Gaziantep and returned to work as a lawyer.
To this date his profession as a lawyer continues in the Ankara Bar Association.
He published four books and many articles on the area of law.
Good knowledge of English language.
He is married and has two children.
